We offer a full range of family medicine services: well-child 5 years and up, acute illness visits (like colds and infections), and management of chronic conditions (e.g. diabetes, hypertension) We also provide preventive care (cholesterol, blood pressure, cancer, etc.), and lifestyle counseling – to catch health issues early and keep patients healthy. If needed, we coordinate specialist referrals for advanced care.
Scheduling is simple: just call our office or use our online patient portal. As one family clinic advises, “just give us a call” and our OMD staffs will set up your appointment
For your first appointment, please arrive ~10–15 minutes early and bring your photo ID and insurance card. Also bring a list of any medications ( optional), vitamins or supplements you’re taking (with dosages). Be prepared to fill out registration forms and, if applicable, pay your copay at the time of service

Dr. Michael Boja is kind, patient, and really knows what his doing. Dr.Boja always listen and make you feel comfortable. I never feel rushed, and he explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and appointments are always on time. It’s nice to have a doctor who actually cares and takes the time to help. I definitely recommend Dr. Boja if you’re looking for a great doctor who takes good care of their patients!
