We offer a full range of family medicine services: well-child 5 years and up, acute illness visits (like colds and infections), and management of chronic conditions (e.g. diabetes, hypertension) We also provide preventive care   (cholesterol, blood pressure, cancer, etc.), and lifestyle counseling – to catch health issues early and keep patients healthy.  If needed, we coordinate specialist referrals for advanced care.

Scheduling is simple: just call our office or use our online patient portal. As one family clinic advises, “just give us a call” and our OMD staffs will set up your appointment

For your first appointment, please arrive ~10–15 minutes early and bring your photo ID and insurance card. Also bring a list of any medications ( optional), vitamins or supplements you’re taking (with dosages). Be prepared to fill out registration forms and, if applicable, pay your copay at the time of service

Yes. Conrado Boja, MD and Michael Boja, DO are both board-certified in family medicine (and are also trained in internal medicine). They maintain certification through the American Board of Family Medicine, reflecting their ongoing expertise in providing family care.

We welcome walk-in patients when possible during office hours. Unfortunately, we don't have offices during weekend.
