A family physician is a primary care doctor trained to care for patients of all ages.
We offer a full range of family medicine services: well-child 5 years and up, acute illness visits (like colds and infections), and management of chronic conditions (e.g. diabetes, hypertension) We also provide preventive care (cholesterol, blood pressure, cancer, etc.), and lifestyle counseling – to catch health issues early and keep patients healthy. If needed, we coordinate specialist referrals for advanced care.
Scheduling is simple: just call our office or use our online patient portal. As one family clinic advises, “just give us a call” and our OMD staffs will set up your appointment
For your first appointment, please arrive ~10–15 minutes early and bring your photo ID and insurance card. Also bring a list of any medications ( optional), vitamins or supplements you’re taking (with dosages). Be prepared to fill out registration forms and, if applicable, pay your copay at the time of service

We welcome walk-in patients when possible during office hours. Unfortunately, we don't have offices during weekend.

I been goin to Dr. Boja for five years . Seen the father an the son. I understand sometime his late but they also have another office. I give them 5 stars. Everytime i go they treat me good and knw what they doing as doctor. I recommend him to anybody.

Great doctor. I've only seen Dr Micheal Boja but I'm sure his dad is just as great. The care and dedication that Dr Boja gives is excellent. His staff is great also.
