A family physician is a primary care doctor trained to care for patients of all ages.
We offer a full range of family medicine services: well-child 5 years and up, acute illness visits (like colds and infections), and management of chronic conditions (e.g. diabetes, hypertension) We also provide preventive care (cholesterol, blood pressure, cancer, etc.), and lifestyle counseling – to catch health issues early and keep patients healthy. If needed, we coordinate specialist referrals for advanced care.
Scheduling is simple: just call our office or use our online patient portal. As one family clinic advises, “just give us a call” and our OMD staffs will set up your appointment
For your first appointment, please arrive ~10–15 minutes early and bring your photo ID and insurance card. Also bring a list of any medications ( optional), vitamins or supplements you’re taking (with dosages). Be prepared to fill out registration forms and, if applicable, pay your copay at the time of service

We welcome walk-in patients when possible during office hours. Unfortunately, we don't have offices during weekend.

Dr Conrado Boja is a very caring doctor. You never feel rushed, he spends as much time with you as needed. Yes, sometimes this means longer waiting time but at the same time you can come without an appointment and the Dr will always see you. I also like his staff. I was debating between 4 and 5 stars because of the longer wait but I do like knowing I can stop by without an appointment when I’m really in need.

Dr. Boja is a traditional doctor. He takes his time with his patients, he is knowledgeable, and he is not quick to jump into conclusions. Lab results are emailed to patients directly from Lapcorp, if you are registered with Lapcorp. There are two offices- Nutley and Teaneck, which are both run by Dr. Boja and his son. I usually see Dr. Boja and met his son once.

I went for my yearly check up and starting by medical staff the service was outstanding they explained to me the proceedings. Finally, when Dr. Boja came to see me. He already knew my symptoms and he treatment with respect and dignity. Thank you Dr.

Dr Boja has been my primary for a couple of years now, and he as been great thus far. I recently had an appointment regarding my osteoarthritis and he was quick to recommended a great solution for it. With him acting in such a swift manner, I'm now on the road to recovery and hope to soon get back to the things I love to do. I refer him all the time to any looking for a primary doctor.

Doc Boja diagnosed me before with my difficulty in breathing. I rush to schedule an appointment for check-up and prescribed some antibiotics and other meds which I cannot disclosed... But overall? it was a relief! the meds, the hospitability, and service is great. I recommended him to my friends
